Aloha Hawaiian Shave Ice, LLC was born from a shared dream between Carla and her son, James, who were initially intrigued by the idea of a snow cone business. After five years of meticulous research and taste testing, they discovered the exquisite delight of Hawaiian Shave Ice. The whole family was determined to bring this experience to the heart of St. Louis, they meticulously curated the finest flavors, sourcing them directly from Hawaii to ensure authenticity and quality.  Then, they met Leah whose passion remained in the waffles & ice cream business.  So, together they became a team and now have their first store front opening soon in South County.  What sets us apart is not just our premium ingredients, but the joy and surprise we see on our customers' faces with every bite. We are passionate about creating a memorable experience, and our dedication is reflected in every delicious treat we serve.
