Choose one of our special combinations or create your own with this Hawaiian Delicacy made with shaved ice (not snow cone ice) right in front of your eyes. Before finishing, we stop and put a scoop of ice cream in the middle. Then we continue adding shaved ice to create a heaping mound of deliciousness. Next choose up to three syrup flavors (Step 2), then one topping (Step 3) or more for an upcharge, and finish with a drizzle or powdered if desired.
